Published Price List definition

Published Price List shall refer to a set of prices from which a Bidder offers items for sale that is comprehensive, published, most current, regularly maintained, contains non-discounted and non-NYS specific prices. See also “List Price.”
Published Price List means the organisation list of the prices, issued from time to time,in respect of its goods.
Published Price List the Charges published in accordance with Clause 7.2.

  • This Lot provides Authorized Users with a mechanism to purchase Products including Hardware, pre-packaged installation, configuration, training, extended warranties, maintenance/support, and, ancillary equipment and accessories offered by the Contractor in its Published Price List may be included under this Lot.

  • Established catalog price means the price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • Published Rate means the rate of interest published each Business Day in The Wall Street Journal “Money Rates” listing under the caption “London Interbank Offered Rates” for a one month period (or, if no such rate is published therein for any reason, then the Published Rate shall be the rate at which U.S. dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market for a one month period as published in another publication selected by the Administrative Agent).

  • Fixed Price means the fixed prices for ancillary Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in the SOW; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation;

  • Index Price on a given date means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies comprising the Index Group.

  • Average Market Price means, with respect to any security, the arithmetic average of the Market Price of such security for the 15 consecutive trading day period ending on and including the trading day immediately preceding the determination date.
