Pupil transportation vehicle means a bus used to transport eligible students between their residence and a school facility for the academic day or a vehicle used to transport eligible disabled students between their residence and a school facility for the academic day.
Pupil transportation vehicle means any vehicle other than a school bus with a manufacturer’s rated seating capacity of 11 or more passengers, including the driver, that is used to transport pupils to or from school or school-related events.
