Purchased Assets Coverage Percentage means, at any time and subject to Section 1.5 of the Agreement, the percentage computed as:

The Purchased Assets Coverage Percentage shall be determined from time to time pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.5 of the Agreement.

Examples of Purchased Assets Coverage Percentage in a sentence

  • The Purchased Assets Coverage Percentage shall become zero when the Final Payout Date has occurred and the Servicer shall have received the accrued Servicing Fee thereon.

  • Thereafter, until the Facility Termination Date, such Purchased Assets Coverage Percentage shall be automatically recomputed (or deemed to be recomputed) on each Business Day other than a Termination Day.

  • Note Percentage means (i) for each Payment Date until the aggregate principal amount of each Class of Notes has been paid in full, 100%; and (ii) thereafter, 0%.

The amount shall be determined using the same formula in KRS 61.5525, and the payment shall not be picked up by the employer. A delayed contribution payment shall be deposited to the member's account and considered as accumulated contributions of the individual member. In determining payments under this subsection, the formula found in this subsection shall prevail over the one found in KRS 212.434;
