Total Reserve. Yield Reserve," or "Yield Reserve Percentage", (H) amend or modify any defined term (or any defined term used directly or indirectly in such defined term) used in clauses (A) through (G) above in a manner that would circumvent the intention of the restrictions set forth in such clauses, or (I) otherwise materially and adversely affect the rights of any such Purchaser hereunder. Total Reserve means an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Discount Reserve Percentage multiplied by the Aggregate Commitment, (ii) the Dilution Reserve Percentage multiplied by the Eligible Receivables Balance, (iii) the Loss Reserve Percentage multiplied by the Eligible Receivables Balance and (iv) the Servicing Reserve Percentage multiplied by the Eligible Receivables Balance.
