Purchased Lease Collateral definition

Purchased Lease Collateral is defined in the definition ofLease Purchase Transaction”.
Purchased Lease Collateral means the US Purchased Lease Collateral and the Canadian Purchased Lease Collateral. “Purchased Lease Documents” means the US Purchased Lease Documents and the Canadian Purchased Lease Documents. “Purchased Leases” means the US Purchased Leases and the Canadian Purchased Leases.
Purchased Lease Collateral means the US Purchased Lease Collateral and the Canadian Purchased Lease Collateral.

  • Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Personal Property Collateral means all Collateral other than Real Property.

  • Acceptable Collateral means any of the following assets of Borrower, if (x) held in or credited to any Collateral Account subject to a first priority Lien under the applicable Security Agreement and (y) the Collateral Requirement has been satisfied with respect thereto:

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.

  • Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Collateral Security means security, other than a security interest in a motor vehicle that is the subject of an installment sale contract, that is given to secure performance of an obligation of the buyer, or of any surety or guarantor for the buyer, under an installment sale contract. The term includes the undertakings of any surety or guarantor for the buyer and any interest in, encumbrance on, or pledge of real or personal property other than the motor vehicle that is the subject of the installment sale contract.

  • Additional Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9.

  • Eligible Collateral means, with respect to a party, the items, if any, specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.
