Purchaser Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b).

Purchaser Fee means, with respect to any Settlement Date, a fee payable to the ------------- Purchasers in an amount equal to 22.5 basis points per annum on the weighted average of Capital outstanding since the preceding Settlement Date (or in the case of the first Settlement Date, since the date of this Agreement), payable monthly in arrears on each Settlement Date pursuant to Sections 1.6 and 1.7 hereof.

Related to Purchaser Fee

  • Arranger Fee means a fee charged by the Arranger in relation to each Series of ETP Securities, as modified by the Arranger from time to time, as set out in the Base Prospectus of the Issuer.

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.
