Developer Fee definition

Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.
Developer Fee means the amount identified in the Form 3 and partnership agreement for the Project as the fee being paid to the Developer.
Developer Fee means the compensation to the individual(s) or entity(ies) responsible for the work, costs and risks associated with the development of a Project, including amounts paid to consultants to perform tasks on behalf of such individuals or entities, but does not include compensation for professional services such as environmental assessments, rental market studies, soil tests, and water tests.

  • The Developer Fee related to the development of Building D, as shown in the Development Approvals, shall be paid in accordance with the budget approved and accepted by the financing counterparties of such Building D.

  • Except as stated in Subsection (d) of this Section, the Developer Fee for Building C and Building E shall be paid at the earlier of: (1) the date upon which both Buildings first reach 90% or greater occupancy (the "Occupancy Hurdle"), or (2) six months after the date of the issuance of the last certificate of occupancy for either Building C or E (the "Accrual Date").

More Definitions of Developer Fee

Developer Fee means those costs included by the Applicant in the UniApp, adjusted as necessary to comply with the maximum Developer’s fee specified in Section 3, Additional Cost Limitations, Developer Fees, which are included as Developer’s fees by the Cost Analysis.
Developer Fee means the same as the definition of that term in California Code of Regulations, Title 4, Section 10302.
Developer Fee or "development fee" means the fee that covers the overhead and profit of the developer. Certain fees are subsumed within the developer fee—such as acquisition fees, compensation to the general partner, financial consultants, employees of the developer, construction managers/monitors, clerk of the works and syndicator-required consultants. Professional fees not paid out of the developer fee are the fees for the architect, engineer, lawyer, accountant, surveyor, appraiser, soil investigator, professional planner, historical consultant and environmental consultant. (If there are costs listed under the professional planner, the executed contract shall be submitted. Only those costs determined by NJHMFA to be for planning purposes shall be shown as a separate line item.) All other consultant and professional fees shall be included in the developer fee and are not allowed to be shown as separate line items on the tax credit application; otherwise, those fees shown separately will be added to the developer fee line item.
Developer Fee means the total compensation for the work, costs and risks associated with developing a Project, including without limitation, creating the Project concept, identifying and acquiring the Project site, obtaining construction and permanent financing, obtaining necessary subsidies, negotiating the syndication of investment interests in the Project, obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals, constructing and/or rehabilitating the Project and marketing, and includes all amounts paid to consultants to perform this work, except fees for professional services such as environmental assessments, rental market studies, soil tests, and water tests, and includes all reserves, in the form of cash, expected to be paid to the tax credit developer from the Project.
Developer Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18.
Developer Fee means the sum of the Developer’s overhead, Developer’s profit, Consultant’s Fee, and reserves funded from the development budget held for less than the Period of Affordability. If a Consultant is acting in the capacity of Developer or construction manager, or providing technical assistance to the Developer or construction manager, the Consultant’s Fee is considered part of the Developer Fee. The Consultant’s fee is limited to 20 % of the Developer’s fee.
Developer Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17 of the County Loan Agreement.
