Examples of Purchaser Required Consents in a sentence

The Purchaser Required Consents, the failure of which to obtain would prevent, materially delay or materially impair the Purchaser's ability to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, shall have been obtained.
Except for those Consents set forth on Schedule 5.4 (the "Purchaser Required Consents"), Purchaser is not required to give any notice to or obtain any Consent from any Third Party or Governmental Authority or other Person in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement and each other agreement and instrument to be executed and delivered by it pursuant hereto or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

More Definitions of Purchaser Required Consents

Purchaser Required Consents means the Consents and Governmental Authorizations that are required to be obtained and are listed in Schedule 4.5.
