Purchaser Warrant definition

Purchaser Warrant means each Purchaser Private Warrant and Purchaser Public Warrant.

Purchaser Warrant means a redeemable warrant to purchase one Purchaser Ordinary Share.

Purchaser Warrant means a warrant to purchase Purchaser Shares to be issued on the Effective Date to the holder of a Target Warrant, under a warrant indenture between Purchaser and Computershare Trust Company of Canada to be dated as of the Effective Date, with each such warrant entitling the holder thereof upon payment of an exercise price of $3.75 to purchase 0.42 of a Purchaser Share, provided that such warrants may only be exercised for whole Purchaser Shares.
