Examples of Put Option Interest in a sentence

  • To the extent a Put Option Loan is either repurchased by Seller or converted to a Transferred Loan during a calendar quarter, Purchaser shall pay Put Option Interest on such repurchased or converted Put Option Loan for the quarter in which such repurchase or conversion is effective based on a Put Option Loan balance of zero only as of the end of the quarter for which payment of Put Option Interest is due.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Sellers may only accept the offer to simultaneously sell and transfer the Put Option Interests and the Put Option Effective Date shall be identical for both the sale and the transfer of the Put Option Interest.

  • Put Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and tender of the specified underlying Securities, to sell such Securities to the writer thereof for the exercise price.

  • Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), Clause 10.3(d) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.

  • Put Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Put Option pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event).

  • Put Option Notice means a notice which must be delivered to a Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;

  • Transferred Interest means, at any time of determination, an undivided percentage ownership interest in (i) each and every then outstanding Receivable, (ii) all Related Security with respect to each such Receivable, (iii) all Collections with respect thereto, and (iv) other Proceeds of the foregoing, which undivided ownership interest shall be equal to the Aggregate Percentage Factor at such time, and only at such time (without regard to prior calculations).   • Common Interest means employers engaged in the same industry or members of an Oklahoma trade association that has been in business for at least five (5) years.

  • Asset Interest is defined in Section 2.1(b).

  • Participation Interests shall have the meaning specified in subsection 2.09(a)(ii).

  • Minimum Transferor Interest means, with respect to any period, --------------------------- 7% of the average of the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables for such period.

  • Purchase Option Period As defined in Section 9.03(a) hereof.

  • Option Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 9.36(b) hereof.

  • Mandatory Purchase Notice means, in connection with the Mandatory Purchase of VRDP Shares, a notice substantially in the form attached to the VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement as Exhibit B, delivered by the Fund or the Tender and Paying Agent on behalf of the Fund to the Holders and the Liquidity Provider in accordance with the VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement specifying a Mandatory Purchase Date.

  • Purchase Option Price means the amount payable by a Lessee upon the exercise of its option to purchase a related 2018-1 Vehicle which amount equals (a) with respect to a Matured Vehicle, the Contract Residual Value plus any fees, taxes and other charges imposed in connection with such purchase and (b) with respect to a related 2018-1 Vehicle for which the related 2018-1 Lease has been terminated early by the Lessee, the sum of (i) any unpaid Monthly Payments due, (ii) any fees, taxes and other charges imposed in connection with the related 2018-1 Lease, (iii) an early termination fee and (iv) the Actuarial Payoff.

  • Optional Purchase Date As defined in Section 8.01(a) of the Servicing Agreement. Optional Purchase Percentage: 10.00%.
