PWC Report definition

PWC Report means the report of PriceWaterhouse Coopers dated October 4, 2002 with respect to the Glad Business and the Glad Existing International Business previously provided by Clorox to P&G.

PWC Report means a report prepared by PricewaterhouseCoopers and dated 4 August 2009 relating to the assumptions in connection with the Base Case Model and addressed to, and/or capable of being relied upon by, the Finance Parties.

PWC Report means the report of PwC dated December 13, 2016, a copy of which is attached as Appendix "F" to this Circular;

More Definitions of PWC Report

PWC Report means any report prepared by PricewaterhouseCoopers in respect of the Group pursuant to Clause 18.10 (PwC Reports) and shall include, for the avoidance of doubt, the Liquidity Plan to which any such report relates;

PWC Report means a report setting forth the allocation of the Purchase Price to be prepared by PwC, a draft of which has been provided to Purchaser.
