The liability is limited to all the asset of Qinghai Charm Advertising Co., Ltd.
CJI means criminal justice information collected by criminal justice agencies needed for the performance of their authorized functions, including, without limitation, all information defined as criminal justice information by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy, as amended and all Criminal Justice Records as defined under §24-72-302, C.R.S.
CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c C-43, as amended;
LEI means a legal entity identifier;
HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited.

DA or ‘Dubai Airports’ means Dubai Airports Corporation;
SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority;
Bangladesh Bank means the bank established under Article 3 of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 127 of 1972) for the purpose of carrying on the business of central banking and also includes its successors;
LDA means a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.
IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
nominee company means a corporate body registered or having an established place of business in England and Wales which holds title to property for another;
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

LTD means NMC Healthcare Limited (in administration);
SI means the abbreviation for the International System of Units.
Party C Beijing Weixue Tianxia Education Technology Co., Ltd., with its residence at Xxxx 000, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 1, Xx. 00, Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, and its legal representative is Guohang Wang. In this Agreement, Party B constitutes existing shareholders (hereinafter referred to as “Existing Shareholders”) of Party C, Party A, Party B and Party C are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.
WURA means the Winding-Up and Restructuring Act (Canada).
