Qualified Living Unit definition

Qualified Living Unit means a Living Unit which meets the minimum technical qualifications defined by Grantee for provision of Cable Service. A Living Unit receiving a minimum of 25 Mbps downstream will generally be capable of receiving Cable Service subject to Grantee performing certain network grooming and conditioning.
Qualified Living Unit means any Living Unit designated as qualified for Cable Service in QC’s loop qualification network inventory.
Qualified Living Unit means a distinct address in the QC network inventory database, including but not limited to single family homes, multiple-dwelling units, and business locations, that meets the minimum technical qualifications defined by Grantee for provision of Cable Service

Examples of Qualified Living Unit in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Franchise, where Grantee is capable of providing Cable Service, Grantee shall provide Cable Services at its Standard Installation rates within seven (7) Days of a request by any Qualified Living Unit.

  • Grantee shall comply with the obligations of this Section 6, Paragraph 2(b) even if the City Hall is served by another franchised cable communications provider, so long as the City Hall is a Qualified Living Unit.

  • Grantee shall provide the Complimentary Commission Service so long as these addresses in Exhibit B are designated as a Qualified Living Unit.

  • If the City building is designated as a Qualified Living Unit and another Cable Operator is providing Cable Services at such location, and the City building requests that Grantee be its Cable Operator, Grantee shall install and furnish, at its sole cost, Complimentary Cable Service to said building once the other Cable Operator’s service is disconnected.

  • Grantee shall provide Cable Services upon valid request, from any person in the City who resides in a Qualified Living Unit within seven (7) business days.


More Definitions of Qualified Living Unit

Qualified Living Unit means a distinct address in the QC network inventory database, including but not limited to single family homes, multi-dwelling units, and business locations, which meet the minimum technical qualifications defined by Company for provision of Cable Service.
Qualified Living Unit means a Living Unit which meets the minimum technical qualifications defined by Grantee for the provision of Cable Service.
Qualified Living Unit means any Living Unit designated as qualified for Cable Service in QC's loop qualification network inventory.
Qualified Living Unit means a distinct address in the QC network database, whether a residence or small business, subscribing to or capable of receiving Cable Service. An address capable of receiving a minimum of 25 Mbps Downstream will generally be capable of receiving Cable Service subject to Grantee performing certain network qualification services. Grantee represents and warrants that it has access to the QC network database and shall demonstrate to the Commission’s reasonable satisfaction how the data required in Section 3.2 is calculated and reported using the QC network database.
Qualified Living Unit means a Living Unit capable of receiving Cable Service subject to Grantee performing certain network grooming and conditioning.

For purposes of this definition of Qualified Living Unit, "network grooming and conditioning" means evaluating existing infrastructure and making improvements to allow greater data throughput.
