Qualified Mortgage Loans means second mortgage loans.
Qualified Mortgage Loans. All mortgage loans in the A- through D product lines of the type described in any loan policy or the "Seller's Guide" approved by Purchaser for its own or any of its subsidiaries' or affiliates' wholesale lending programs, or for use by any other correspondent or wholesale lender that sells loans to Purchaser.

  • For purposes of the Bond Resolution, the Series Bonds are considered as being issued to provide funds for the making or purchase of Qualified Mortgage Loans, the refunding of Outstanding Bonds as set forth in Section 202(2) of the Bond Resolution, or both.

  • Non-MERS Eligible Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan other than a MERS Eligible Mortgage Loan.
