Qualified Physicians definition

Qualified Physicians means one or more physicians or health care professionals providing service to patients in a health care facility owned, operated or managed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Qualified Physicians in a sentence

  • Whether Employee is Permanently Disabled shall be certified to the Company by a Qualified Physician (as hereinafter defined), or if requested by Employee a panel of three Qualified Physicians.

Related to Qualified Physicians

  • Qualified physician means any physician who has not been excluded under the provisions of subpart I of this part. Except as otherwise provided by regulation, a qualified physician shall be deemed to be designated or ap- proved by OWCP.
