Qualified Sublicensee definition

Qualified Sublicensee and “QUALIFIED ASSIGNEE” shall mean a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical that is a top [* * *] global company based upon annual sales of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical products.
