Qualifying Programmes definition

Qualifying Programmes means programmes of such description as the Secretary of State shall pursuant to Section 277(2) of the Communications Act from time to time by order specify;
Qualifying Programmes means programmes of such description as the Secretary of State may pursuant to Section 309(2)(a) of the Communications Act from time to time by order specify as describing the programmes that are to be qualifying programmes for the purposes of Section 309(1) of the Communications Act;
Qualifying Programmes and "Qualifying Materials" mean respectively JA Programmes and JA Materials which, in each case, are owned by JAWW or have been licensed to or shared with JAWW so that JAWW may sub-licence them to other JA Entities.

  • Students registered in Qualifying Programmes or as Visiting students are subject to the regulations of the Faculty in which they are registered.

  • Qualifying project means (i) any education facility, including, but not limited to a school building,
