Qualifying Reports definition

Qualifying Reports means the complete and accurate reports which the DPO, opting for Incentives under this SLA has to compulsorily provide to STAR in both Microsoft Excel sheet and a pre-defined read only format such as a suitable PDF format, which cannot be edited, on the Qualifying Report Deadline to avail the Incentives as detailed in Annexure C to Part I of this SLA.

Examples of Qualifying Reports in a sentence

  • On such compliance, the DPO shall share the Qualifying Reports with STAR for calculation of the applicable Incentives.

  • Qualifying Report shall mean the reports to be provided by DPO in the format set out in Qualifying Reports Section, on or before the Qualifying Report Deadline.

  • The Licensee shall not be entitled for any Incentive(s) in the event-1) The Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of the agreement; and/or2) The Licensee fails to meet any of the Incentive qualifying parameters and/or fails to submit the Qualifying Reports in the prescribed format in Schedule D -1 on or before the deadline specified in Note 3 of Schedule D-1 and/or3) There is a discrepancy between the Subscriber Reports and Qualifying Report submitted by the Licensee.

  • The site is also currently within the ORNL emergency response zone; response times to and through the area following project completion should remain unchanged.

  • The DPO shall be eligible for the opted Incentive by complying with the respective Incentive qualifying parameters and by providing Qualifying Reports in the formats set out in Annexure C to STAR who is the authorized agent of TVTN.

  • On such compliance, the DPO shall share the Qualifying Reports with STAR for calculation of the applicable Incentive.

  • In order to avail Discount(s) (as enumerated in Schedule A1 hereto), the Operator shall share the Discount Qualifying Reports (as defined in Schedule C hereto) for calculation of the opted discounts along with the Subscriber Reports, not later than 15 days from the date of submission of such Subscriber Reports ( “Discount Qualifying Report Deadline”).

Related to Qualifying Reports

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Engineering Report means either an Independent Engineering Report or an Internal Engineering Report.

  • U.S. Tax Compliance Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(e)(ii)(B)(III).

  • Reporting Requirements As defined in Section 11.12.

  • Quarterly Statement means the quarterly statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing quarterly statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of financial information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP, including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Statement of Compliance means the statement forming part of a Tender indicating the Bidders compliance with the Specification.
