Quantity Unloaded definition

Quantity Unloaded means the aggregate Net Unloaded LNG that was Unloaded by or on behalf of such User for all Unloading Slots ending within the Invoice Month as determined by the most current User's Three (3) Month Schedule (independent of whether such LNG was Unloaded before, during or after the Invoice Month);
