Quarterly Contract Quantity definition

Quarterly Contract Quantity or “QCQ” for each Quarter shall be equal to the aggregate of the DCQ in effect for each Day of the Quarter.
Quarterly Contract Quantity means, for each Contract Quarter, the quantity of Gas equal to the summation of the DCQ in effect on each Day in the Contract Quarter. The “Adjusted Quarterly Contract Quantity” means the Quarterly Contract Quantity minus the sum of the following quantities for each Day during such Contract Quarter (but without double counting any of the following quantities):
Quarterly Contract Quantity means, for each Contract Quarter, the quantity of Gas equal to the sum of the DCQs of the relevant Contract Quarter.

Examples of Quarterly Contract Quantity in a sentence

  • Buyer shall take a quantity of Gas in each Contract Quarter equal to ninety percent (90%) of the Adjusted Quarterly Contract Quantity (“ Quarterly Take Obligation”), or Buyer shall be responsible for the payment of the Quarterly Deficiency Payment pursuant to Clause 10.a.iii below.

Related to Quarterly Contract Quantity

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • MMBtu means one million British thermal units.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
