Quarterly Debt Service definition

Quarterly Debt Service or “Quarterly Senior Debt Service” means, as of any date, Senior Debt Service for the following Payment Period, as certified to the Trustee by Officer’s Certificate.
Quarterly Debt Service has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1 hereof.
Quarterly Debt Service means, with respect to a Scheduled Payment Date, the sum of the following amounts due on such Scheduled Payment Date in respect of the Senior Securities:

More Definitions of Quarterly Debt Service

Quarterly Debt Service means the sum of (x) Debt Service in respect of Indebtedness under this Agreement for the relevant fiscal quarter and (y) the Commitment Fees payable in respect of such fiscal quarter. .
Quarterly Debt Service means, on any relevant day, the sum determined by the Agent in its sole discretion to be the total amount of principal and interest that will fall due under this Agreement in the three (3) month period commencing on such day;

Related to Quarterly Debt Service

  • Debt Service means, with respect to any particular period of time, the scheduled principal and interest payments due under this Agreement and the Note.
