Québec Portfolio definition

Québec Portfolio means the investment portfolio in respect of the Québec Class Units. The Québec Portfolio will be allocated between the Series A Québec Class Units and the Series F Québec Class Units pro rata in proportion to the proceeds raised by the sale of Series A Québec Class Units and Series F Québec Class Units, after deducting the Agents’ fees in respect of such sales.

  • Portfolio means any account, trust or other investment vehicle (except "Fund") over which the Firm has investment management discretion.

  • Portfolio Assets means the portion of the net assets of the Fund managed by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to the following investment strategy as agreed to by the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser in a separately negotiated investment mandate: Emerging Markets (each a “Strategy”).

  • Initial Portfolio means the initial portfolio of Receivables, comprising Eligible Assets, purchased by the Guarantor from the Seller pursuant to the Master Loans Purchase Agreement.

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.
