This Act does not affect the operation of the Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Act 1992 or the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Act 2003.
The object of this part is to emphasise that land administered under this Act must be dealt with in a way not inconsistent with the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) and the Native Title (Queensland) Act 1993.

This Act may be cited as the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991.
Under the Queensland Act, the claimant must show that the harasser had the intention of offending, humiliating or intimidating the victim or, if there was not an actual intention, a reasonable person in the same circumstances would have anticipated the possibility of offence, humiliation or intimidation.
