Quorum Facility definition

Quorum Facility means the Amended and Restated Loan Sale and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 31, 2012, by and among Quorum Federal Credit Union, DRI Quorum 2010 LLC, Diamond Resorts Financial Services, Inc., as servicer, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association as back-up servicer (as amended by the First Amendment to Amended and Restated Loan Sale and Servicing Agreement dated September 30, 2015, the Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Loan Sale and Servicing Agreement dated June 10, 2016, and the Third Amendment to Amended and Restated Loan Sale and Servicing Agreement dated June 23, 2017) and any amendments, supplements, modifications, extensions, renewals, restatements or refundings thereof, in whole or in part.
