Quota Share Contract definition

Quota Share Contract means the quota share reinsurance agreement entered into by and between the Insurer and the Reinsurer by virtue of incorporation of the Quota Share Contract into the I&L Agreement upon the signing of the former by the Insurer and the signing of the latter by the Insurer and the Reinsurer.

  • The Insurer has secured, at the Effective Date, reinsurance coverage under the Quota Share Contract for one hundred percent (100%) of its liabilities under this Policy with Reinsurers.

  • This Policy shall cancel automatically in the event the Quota Share Contract is terminated with respect to all Reinsurers, effective as of the termination date of the Quota Share Contract.

  • The Quota Share Contract shall include written representations and warranties substantially similar to those set forth in this Article III(A) and (D) through (P).
