RA Shortfall Month definition

RA Shortfall Month means the applicable calendar month within the RA Shortfall Period for purposes of calculating an RA Deficiency Amount under Section 3.3(e)(ii).
RA Shortfall Month means, for purposes of calculating an RA Deficiency Amount under Section 3.8(b), any month commencing after the RA Guarantee Date during which the Net Qualifying Capacity of the Facility for such month was less than the Stand-Alone Qualifying Capacity for such month.
RA Shortfall Month means the applicable calendar month within the RA Shortfall Period for purposes of calculating an RA Deficiency Amount under Section 3.3(e)(ii). “RA Start Date” shall be the later of the Initial Energy Delivery Date or the Expected PCDS Date or FCDS Date according to the deliverability type selected in Section A of the Cover Sheet.

  • For each RA Shortfall Month, Seller shall pay to Buyer the RA Deficiency Amount as liquidated damages or provide Replacement RA, in each case, as the sole and exclusive remedy for the Capacity Attributes Seller failed to convey to Buyer.

More Definitions of RA Shortfall Month

RA Shortfall Month means, for purposes of calculating an RA Deficiency Amount under Section 3.8(b), any month during which the Net Qualifying Capacity of the Facility for such month was less than the Qualifying Capacity of the Facility for such month.
RA Shortfall Month means, for purposes of calculating an RA Deficiency Amount under Section 3.9(b), any month, commencing on the RA Guarantee Date, during which the Net Qualifying Capacity of the Facility for such month was less than the Qualifying Capacity of the Facility for such month (including any month during the period between the RA Guarantee Date and the Effective FCDS Date, if applicable).
RA Shortfall Month has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the ESSA. “Real-Time Market” has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff. “Receiving Party” has the meaning set forth in Section 18.2 of the ESSA. “Reliability Network Upgrades” has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff. “Remedial Action Plan” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4 of the ESSA. “Replacement RA” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the ESSA.
RA Shortfall Month means the applicable calendar month following the RA Guarantee Date during which Seller fails to provide Resource Adequacy Benefits as required hereunder for purposes of calculating an RA Deficiency Amount under Section 3.7(b).
