RA Start Date definition

RA Start Date shall be the later of the Initial Energy Delivery Date or the Expected PCDS Date or FCDS Date according to the deliverability type selected in Section A of the Cover Sheet.

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature as the date this Contract starts;

  • Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.

  • Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.

  • Investment Start Date : means 19 November 2021 or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;

  • Benchmark Transition Start Date means, in the case of a Benchmark Transition Event, the earlier of (a) the applicable Benchmark Replacement Date and (b) if such Benchmark Transition Event is a public statement or publication of information of a prospective event, the 90th day prior to the expected date of such event as of such public statement or publication of information (or if the expected date of such prospective event is fewer than 90 days after such statement or publication, the date of such statement or publication).

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Lease Commencement Date means the Closing Date. The “Lease Expiration Date” shall mean the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the French Advances and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder.   • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);

  • Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.

  • Start means the day falling the Relevant Number of Index Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Period.

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;
