Rail Franchise definition

Rail Franchise means any passenger rail franchise awarded pursuant to the Act in respect of which a franchisee or its wholly owned subsidiary provides franchised services; and
Rail Franchise has the meaning given to it in clause 15.1 (Competition);
Rail Franchise has the meaning given to it in Clause 5.1 (c) of this Agreement;
