Previous Versions means, as to any then-current release of Licensed Materials, a prior release of the Licensed Materials as to which such then-current release is a successor or substitute (as determined by us).

Previous Versions means prior releases of Licensed Materials that are superseded or replaced by a current release, as determined by Autodesk. Autodesk Education Terms A government entity, school, or educational institution utilizing Autodesk software must adhere to the defined terms and conditions. If no license ID or country specified in the license, means the country where licensee gets the autodesk materials. If it's from eu or efta countries, then territory means all eu and efta countries. Uninstall means removing or disabling a copy of autodesk materials from a hard drive or other storage medium. Upgrade means a full commercial version of licensed materials that is a successor to a prior release or different release provided by autodesk, for which they charge a separate fee. User documentation means explanatory materials for software or supplemental materials provided by autodesk or resellers in printed or electronic form. Vpn requirements mean accessing licensed materials through a secure vpn, not exceeding the permitted number of concurrent users, installing and accessing exclusively with the technical protection device supplied, and ensuring the vpn connection is secure and complies with industry standards. Stand-alone license means installing one primary copy of autodesk materials on one computer for internal business needs, and permitting access solely by licensee's personnel. Licensee can install primary and additional copies for internal business needs, but must adhere to certain conditions. The primary and additional copies cannot be accessed at the same time. For stand-alone licenses, this applies to individual or multi-seat licenses, allowing installation on multiple computers with specific restrictions. In network licenses, copies can be installed on a computer and accessed by personnel across multiple computers within limits. A hot backup server can also be used for a limited time when the primary copy is inoperable. All stand-alone and network licenses are perpetual unless otherwise specified. An educational stand-alone license allows a single installation for educational purposes with specific conditions. Educational licensees can run Autodesk software on a single computer for educational purposes. The license is valid for a fixed term, which is either specified or defaults to 36 months.   • Autodesk reserves the right to modify or terminate rights to use Previous Versions at any time, without prior notification.

  • Please note that Previous Versions and the benefits of this section 2.4 may not be available for all Covered Software and/or may not be available in relation to certain Previous Versions of Covered Software.

  • Autodesk reserves the right to require You to show satisfactory proof that the Covered Software from which You upgraded (and any Previous Versions thereto) has been destroyed and/or to conduct the audit set forth in Section 2.4.2 above.
