Network Code. Nothing in this Clause 14 restricts the right of Network Rail to disclose information to which this Clause 14 applies to the extent that it is permitted or required so to do under the Network Code.
Network Code. 8.1 The services referred to in Article 3 above are governed by this Contract and by the Network Code. Snam Rete Gas and the Shipper declare that they are fully aware of the contents of the Network Code and undertake to apply and observe it.
8.2 If transportation capacity commitments were to be defined in accordance with paragraph 6.1 above, with reference to (outbound or inbound) interconnections with the Snam Rete Gas network, without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 8.1 above, the Shipper undertakes to disclose the timeframes of the purchase contract and/or of the storage service contract.
Network Code. 8.1 Services established in art. 3 are disciplined by present contract and Snam Rete Gas Network Code. Snam Rete Gas and the User undertake to respect and apply the Network Code.
8.2 Restricted to the case where transport capacity commitments were established as in paragraph 6.1 referred to interconnections (entry or exit) with the Snam Rete Gas Network, the User -- without prejudice to the compliance commitment in paragraph 8.1 -- undertakes to highlight the temporal terms of the purchase contract and/or of the storage contract.
Network Code. The Shipper acknowledges that it has received and reviewed a copy of the Network Code. The Parties agree that they will be bound by the Network Code in their respective roles. The Transporter has the right to amend, supplement and/or modify the terms of the Network Code from time to time, provided that such amendment, supplement and/or modification is made in accordance with the procedures set out in the Network Code, including any requirement for the Transporter to inform the Shipper prior to making such amendment, supplement and/or modification.

Network Code. (a) WINGAS UK may modify any provision of this Agreement to the extent required as a consequence of the modification of any network code, licence condition or applicable law.
(b) If WINGAS UK receives a request from a Transporter or a gas shipper relevant to the supply of Gas to a Site to discontinue the supply of Gas to that Site, WINGAS UK shall be entitled to do so and the Customer agrees that it will immediately take all steps within its power to avoid using Gas at the Site.
Network Code. Network Code sets out detailed rules on offtake pressures. These are addressed in Section J and are set out below. The Network Code is the contractual framework for the transportation of gas by Transco on behalf of licenced Shippers who have signed on to the Network Code. The arrangements for pressure as governed by the Network Code and its Ancillary Agreements are, therefore, between Transco and the Shipper.
