Railway Recruitment Board - RRB definition

Railway Recruitment Board - RRB means the President of Republic of India or the Chairman of the Railway Recruitment Board or of the successor Railway authorized to invite tenders and enter into contracts for works on his behalf.

  • Parent Board means the board of directors of Parent.

  • MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.

  • Board Rules means the administrative rules and regulations promulgated by the

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Health Board means a Health Board or Special Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Xxx 0000;

  • Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • CPF Board means the Central Provident Fund Board, a body corporate established under the Central Provident Fund Act (Cap. 36);

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.

  • Parent Board Recommendation has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(a).

  • Company Board of Directors means the board of directors of the Company.
