Rain Gear. The District will have a minimum of six (6) sets of rain gear available for use by employees covered by this Agreement when their duties necessitate such.

  • Rain Gear: In the event of rain, rain boots and raincoats may be worn as part of the school uniform on days in which the weather report predicts rain during the hours of 6 am - 6 pm.

  • Work clothes consist at a minimum of Shirts (long & short sleeve, various styles), Sweatshirt Jackets, Trousers (Denim Jeans & Polyester/Cotton Twill), T-Shirts (long & short sleeve, with & without pockets), Jackets (various styles & weight), Coveralls (long & short sleeves), Ball Caps (winter & summer), Sweat Shirts, Vests and Rain Gear.

  • The clothing allowance shall be compensation personal work gear including such things as the following: • Work Boots • Muck Boots • Rain Gear (top and bottoms) • Winter Coats • Daily work wear, including shirts, pants, socks, etc.

  • The Employer will provide equipment to its employees as required by the W.C.B. This equipment will include but not be limited to: hard hats paddle two‐way radio with back‐up battery reflective vests ankle bands staff (when required) restrictive hearing device (when required) wristbands flash light and batteries safety goggles (when required) Rain Gear – the employer will provide one (1) set of rain gear to each employee who completes their probationary period and every eighteen (18) months thereafter.
