RAIN GEAR. Management will provide rain gear to employees in the classifications listed below who are required to work outside in inclement weather as a normal part of their job duties. Management shall replace such gear when no longer serviceable. RAIN GEAR. Management shall provide standard law enforcement rain and safety gear for employees who are required to work outside in inclement weather. Management shall replace such gear when no longer serviceable.
RAIN GEAR. The City will provide rain gear for employees in Representation Unit C assigned to work in inclement weather.
RAIN GEAR. Management’s present practice regarding provision of rain gear in the Zoo Department shall continue during the term of this MOU.
RAIN GEAR. Management will provide rain gear for Security Officers and Juvenile Correctional Officers. The number supplied shall be sufficient to provide protection for employees on any shift. Sheriff’s management shall continue to make rain gear available on a day-to-day basis for those Correctional Officers assigned outdoor posts (yard security, road crews, etc.)
RAIN GEAR. The District will have a minimum of six (6) sets of rain gear available for use by employees covered by this Agreement when their duties necessitate such.
RAIN GEAR. Management will provide the necessary rain gear to employees who are required to work outdoors as part of their job duties when inclement weather may jeopardize the health, safety or welfare of the employee.
RAIN GEAR. The County shall provide adequate rain gear for all employees required by the County to work in inclement weather as a normal part of their job duties. The County shall replace such gear when no longer serviceable.
RAIN GEAR. Employees provided rain gear by the County shall also be provided rain boots.
