Rate Guarantee Period definition

Rate Guarantee Period means, for a Covered Insurance Policy, the period of time for which Premium amounts for such Covered Insurance Policy are fixed and constant.
Rate Guarantee Period means the period for which the premiums payable under this Policy are guaranteed as set out in the Policy Schedule and with respect to Participating Employers under the Corporate Division as agreed between the Company and the Policy Owner.

  • If your current contract allocation instructions include a 100% allocation to a strategy with a Rate Guarantee Period longer than its Crediting Period, additional Purchase Payments must be accompanied by an allocation instruction.

  • We will not permit you to transfer amounts from the strategy into any other interest crediting strategy – or into the strategy from another – during the Rate Guarantee Period.

  • Subject to the Policyholder Provisions and the Incontestability Provisions, this Group Policy (a) is issued for the Initial Rate Guarantee Period shown in the Coverage Features, and (b) may be renewed for successive renewal periods by the payment of the premium set by us on each renewal date.

  • We declare the Rate Caps for each Rate Guarantee Period in advance based on our anticipated future experience.

  • Restriction on Allocations and Transfers – If the strategy's Rate Guarantee Period is longer than its Crediting Period, we will only allocate Initial Purchase Payments to the strategy.

  • A Certificate Owner may annually transfer at the end of an Interest Rate Guarantee Period, a minimum of 10% of the funds held on his behalf with a maturing interest rate guarantee from the Certificate Owner's Fixed Certificate Account to the Variable Certificate Account without penalty or adjustment.
