Rate Letter definition

Rate Letter means the Negotiate Rate Letter Agreement attached as Exhibit C to the Service Agreement (attached as Annex A to the Precedent Agreement) to be entered into by the Borrower and Sabine Liquefaction in accordance with the terms of the Precedent Agreement.

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Term SOFR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Term SOFR Rate.

  • Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Loans means Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Canadian Base Rate Loan means a Canadian Loan that bears interest at a rate per annum determined by reference to the Canadian Prime Rate.

  • Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.

  • Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.8.

  • Bid Rate Loan means a loan made by a Lender under Section 2.3.(f).

  • Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.

  • Floating Rate Loan means a Loan which bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.
