RCS Luxembourg means the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register, (Registre de Commerceet des Sociétés de Luxembourg).

RCS Luxembourg means the Luxembourg Register of Commerce and Companies. Receivables means any present and future right, claim and receivable, both actual and contingent of a Pledgor against any Group Debtor on any account and of any nature whatsoever, including on account of loans, notes, advances (whether in current account or not) or other financial credits granted by a Pledgor, any recourse (whether by way of subrogation or otherwise) in relation to a guarantee or security granted by a Pledgor, principal, interest, default interest, commissions, expenses, costs, indemnities and any other amounts due thereunder, whether owed jointly or severally, and whether subordinated or not, together with all accessory rights, claims or actions, under any law. Secured Obligations has the meaning given to that term in the Intercreditor Agreement (and includes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Liabilities to a Secured Party pursuant to any Debt Document that is designated an applicable Debt Document by the Parent in accordance with the provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement) provided that the Security constituted by this Agreement shall not extend to or include any liability or sum which would, but for this proviso, cause such Security to be unlawful or prohibited by any applicable law. Secured Party has the meaning given to that term in the Intercreditor Agreement. Security means a mortgage, standard security, charge, pledge, assignation in security, lien or other security interest securing any obligation of any person, a mandate to create a mortgage or a pledge over business assets or any other agreement or arrangement having a similar effect.
