R&D Agreement definition

R&D Agreement means an agreement entered into between two or more parties which relates to the conditions under which those parties pursue:
R&D Agreement means an agreement that may be entered into between the Parties with respect to the Development of Additional Anti-PD-1 Products.
R&D Agreement means the Research and Development Collaboration and License Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, by and between Pfizer and the Company.
