  • On December 1, 2020, and annually thereafter, Ready Car Parking Area Rent, Common Area Rent and Overflow Parking Rent, if applicable, shall be automatically adjusted in proportion to changes in the Consumer Price Index for Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim (All Urban Consumers - All Items) promulgated by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the Ready Car Parking Area Rent, Common Area Rent, or Overflow Parking Rent be reduced by any such adjustment.

  • TENANT shall pay to COUNTY Fifty-six Cents ($0.56) per square foot per month of Ready Car Parking Area in the East Parking Structure and Fifty-six Cents ($0.56) per square foot per month of Ready Car Parking Area in the Main Street Parking Lot assigned to TENANT in accordance with the section in this Lease entitled “LEASED PREMISES”.

  • Proposer is required to pay $5.76 per square foot annually, payable on the first of each month in twelve (12) equal installments for Ready Car Parking Area Rent.

Related to Ready Car Parking Area

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
