Hotel Parcel definition

Hotel Parcel means the real property owned by PAALC located adjacent to the Club Parcel between Bigelow Boulevard and Lytton Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, bearing tax parcel identification number 27-R-ll0, and containing approximately 23,685 square feet of land
Hotel Parcel means (A) those certain parcels described in Exhibit A hereto, together with (B) all appurtenant rights , including, without limitation: (i) easements and rights-of-way, (ii) licenses and other privileges, (iii) rights in and to land underlying adjacent highways, streets and other public rights-of-way and rights of access thereto, (iv) rights in and to strips and gores of land within or adjoining any such parcel, (v) air rights, excess floor area rights and other transferable development rights belonging to or useable with respect to any such parcel, (vi) rights to utility connections and hook-ups, (vii) water rights, (viii) riparian rights, and (ix) any other rights which any of Seller may have in or with respect to land adjoining any such parcel (including land which is separated from any such parcel only by public highway, street or other right-of-way).
Hotel Parcel means that Parcel which contains or will contain, the Hotel Building.

Examples of Hotel Parcel in a sentence

  • Hotel Developer joins in the Master Parking Agreement with respect to the Hotel Parcel and assumes the obligations of Master Developer under the Master Parking Agreement with respect to the Hotel Parcel.

  • Master Developer allocates to Hotel Developer, for the benefit of the Hotel Parcel, 280 Dedicated Parking Spaces in the Hotel Deck as depicted on Exhibit B hereto.
