Real Property Exchange definition

Real Property Exchange means transferring or conveying real property currently owned by City in exchange for the reciprocal transfer or conveyance of real property owned by a private party pursuant to ORS 271.310 through ORS 271.330. As used herein, “Real Property Exchange” refers specifically to trading the 2.78-acre “Xxxxxxxx Property” in exchange for the 1.54-acre “City Property”, as per the detailed map in the June 8, 2007 Revised Outline Plan Narrative: Sub-Exhibit “N-1" .

  • Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.

  • Initial Properties means collectively the Properties listed on Schedule 1.1 and “Initial Property” means any of such Properties.
