The Servicer shall furnish to the Issuer from time to time such statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Receivable Assets and such other reports in connection with the Receivable Assets as the Issuer may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail.
Unrelated Amounts shall not be treated as Available Amounts on Receivable Assets and shall not be subject to the provisions of Section 2.12.
The Issuer shall furnish (or cause to be furnished) the Servicer with any powers of attorney and other documents necessary or appropriate to enable the Servicer to carry out its servicing, equipment management and administrative duties, on behalf of the Issuer, hereunder, and the Issuer shall assist the Servicer to the fullest extent required and possible, to enable the Servicer to collect the Receivables and the other Receivable Assets and otherwise discharge its duties hereunder.
The Servicer shall comply in all material respects with the Credit and Collection Policies with respect to the Receivable Assets and in all material respects with applicable law with respect to the Receivable Assets, unless, in either case, such failure to comply would not be reasonably expected to cause a Material Adverse Effect on the Servicer or the Issuer.
Upon such payment, all rights, title and interest of the Issuer in and to such Receivable Assets will be deemed to be automatically released without the necessity of any further action by the Issuer, the Servicer or any other party and such rights, title and interest will become the property of the Servicer.
