Receivable Yield means, with respect to any Receivable, the imputed interest rate that is calculated on the basis of the expected aggregate annualized rate of return (calculated inclusive of all interest and fees (other than any Upfront Fees)) of such Receivable over the life of such Receivable. Receivable Yield. With respect to (i) any Franchise Loan, the rate per annum at which interest accrues on the Receivable Basis thereof, as specified in the note evidencing such Franchise Loan and (ii) any Franchise Lease, the annual rent payments payable by the Obligor under such Franchise Lease, expressed as a percentage of the Receivable Basis of such Franchise Lease.
