Recent work history means that in either of the two calendar months before the budget month the person received income of over $75 from employment unless the person is a child whose earnings are exempt.

Recent work history means that the individ­ ual has been without income from employment no more than three full calendar months. Income disregarded in accordance with 7 CFR 273.9(c) shall not be considered income from employment for this exemption.
