Recipient Class Drug definition

Recipient Class Drug means the Recipient Study Drug and any oncolytic virus derived from a potent herpes simplex virus strain expressing gibbon ape leukemia virus glycoprotein and eliciting anti-tumor activity.
Recipient Class Drug means the Recipient Study Drug and any other TLR-9 Agonist.
Recipient Class Drug means the Recipient Study Drug and any other TLR-9 Agonist. “Recipient Indemnitees” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
