Reciprocal Compensation definition
Reciprocal Compensation. As defined under 47 C.F.R. §51
Reciprocal Compensation means an arrangement between two carriers in which each receives compensation from the other carrier for the transport and termination on each carrier's network of Local Traffic, as defined in Section 1.12 above, that originates on the network facilities of the other carrier.
Reciprocal Compensation means a compensation arrangement between two carriers in which each of the two carriers receives compensation from the other carrier for the transport and Termination on the recipient carrier’s network facilities for Local Traffic. 47 C.F.R. § 51.701(E).
