Recognition Agreements means, collectively, (a) the Recognition, Cooperation and Consent Agreement relating to the Mixed-Use Bonds dated as of August 1, 1995 among the Company, the IDB, AmSouth Bank of Alabama, TRT and the Collateral Agent and (b) the Recognition, Cooperation and Consent Agreement relating to the Tax-Exempt Bonds dated as of August 1, 1995 among the Company, the IDB, the Tax-Exempt Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent.
