Landlord Entities definition

Landlord Entities means individually or collectively, as the context may require, Landlord and all Affiliates of Landlord.
Landlord Entities means Landlord, Landlord’s investment manager, and the trustees, boards of directors, officers, general partners, beneficiaries, stockholders, employees and agents of each of them.
Landlord Entities means, collectively, The Prudential Insurance Company of America; PGIM, Inc.; PRISA II LHC, LLC; and any designated affiliates of the foregoing, and any other legal or d/b/a name under which foregoing entities do business from time-to-time.

Examples of Landlord Entities in a sentence

  • Any indemnification or insurance of Landlord shall apply to and inure to the benefit of all the following "Landlord Entities", being Landlord, Landlord's investment manager, and the trustees, boards of directors, officers, general partners, beneficiaries, stockholders, employees and agents of each of them.

  • Such insurance shall be endorsed to include Landlord and Landlord Entities as additional insureds, shall be primary and noncontributory with any Landlord insurance, and shall provide severability of interests between or among insureds.

  • Landlord, the Landlord Entities and any lender and any other party in interest designated by Landlord shall be named as additional insured(s).

  • As an example only, if the Original Landlord Entities sell three (3) of the Other Properties via three (3) separate and distinct Third Party Sales, but the Collective Landlord Entities continue to own the Premises and the remaining Other Properties, then the Cross-Default Concept shall continue to apply with respect to this Lease and the Other Leases encumbering the Other Properties owned by the Collective Landlord Entities.

  • Tenant hereby waives on behalf of its insurance carriers all rights of subrogation against Landlord or any Landlord Entities.

  • Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord and the Landlord Entities harmless from and against any claims by any other broker, agent or other person claiming a commission or other form of compensation by virtue of having dealt with Tenant with regard to this leasing transaction.

Landlord Entities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1A(9) of this Lease.

Whenever Tenant shall undertake any alterations, additions or improvements in, to or about the Premises ("Work") the aforesaid insurance protection must extend to and include injuries to persons and damage to property arising in connection with such Work, without limitation including liability under any applicable structural work act, and such other insurance as Landlord shall require; and the policies of or certificates evidencing such insurance must be delivered to Landlord prior to the commencement of any such Work. So long as their respective insurers so permit, Tenant and Landlord hereby mutually waive their respective rights of recovery against each other for any loss insured by fire, extended coverage, All Risks or other insurance now or hereafter existing for the benefit of the respective party but only to the extent of the net insurance proceeds payable under such policies. Each party shall obtain any special endorsements required by their insurer to evidence compliance with the aforementioned waiver."

  • Landlord Parties means Landlord and Property Manager and their respective officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members and employees.

  • Landlord Liens means liens on or against the Leased Property or any payment of Rent (a) which result from any act of, or any claim against, Landlord or any owner of a direct or indirect interest in the Leased Property (other than the lessor under any ground lease affecting any portion of the Leased Property), or which result from any violation by Landlord of any terms of this Agreement, or (b) which result from liens in favor of any taxing authority by reason of any tax owed by Landlord or any fee owner of a direct or indirect interest in the Leased Property (other than the lessor under any ground lease affecting any portion of the Leased Property); provided, however, that “Landlord Lien” shall not include any lien resulting from any tax for which Tenant is obligated to pay or indemnify Landlord against until such time as Tenant shall have already paid to or on behalf of Landlord the tax or the required indemnity with respect to the same.

  • Sublessor means one who conveys real property by sublease."

  • Sublandlord means the holder of sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease. In the event of any assignment or transfer of the Sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease, which assignment or transfer may occur at any time during the Term in Sublandlord’s sole discretion, Sublandlord shall be and hereby is entirely relieved of all covenants and obligations of Sublandlord hereunder accruing subsequent to the date of the transfer and it shall be deemed and construed, without further agreement between the parties hereto, that any transferee has assumed and shall carry out all covenants and obligations thereafter to be performed by Sublandlord hereunder. Sublandlord may transfer and deliver the then existing Letter of Credit to the transferee of Sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease, and thereupon Sublandlord shall be discharged from any further liability with respect thereto. In addition. Sublandlord shall comply with all of its obligations as “Tenant” under the Master Lease except to the extent that any such obligation is the obligation of Subtenant pursuant to the terms of this Sublease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, the liability of Subtenant to Sublandlord for any default in Subtenant’s obligations under this Sublease shall be limited to actual, direct damages, and under no circumstances shall Sublandlord, its partners, members, shareholders, directors, agents, officers, employees, contractors, sublessees, successors and/or assigns be entitled to recover from Subtenant (or otherwise be indemnified by Subtenant) for lost revenues, lost profit or other consequential, special or punitive damages arising in connection with this Sublease for any reason, except for any breach by Subtenant under Section 12 of the Master Lease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, no personal liability shall at any time be asserted or enforceable against Subtenant’s shareholders, directors, officers, or partners on account of any of Subtenant’s obligations or actions under this Sublease.

  • Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.

  • Tenant means a person entitled under a rental agreement to occupy a dwelling unit to the exclusion of others.

  • Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.
