Preferred Investor definition

Preferred Investor means a Preferred Holder, together with all Affiliates of such Preferred Holder that hold Preferred Units.
Preferred Investor means an acquiror of Preferred Shares, including under the Series A Preferred Share Purchase Agreement and any other Preferred Investment.
Preferred Investor means AMP, New York Life, Merrill, or any of their respective Affiliates (other than ABRY Partners IV, L.P.).

More Definitions of Preferred Investor

Preferred Investor means an Investor that holds shares of Series A Stock, Series B Stock, Series B-1 Stock or Series C Stock.
Preferred Investor means Drawbridge DSO Securities LLC.
