Recovery Factor means the factor that multiplied with the quantity of produced Gas gives the need for Booked Processing Capacity or Booked Quality Service, as described in article10.

  • The Gas Cost Recovery Factor shall be the same per Mcf or Ccf for each billed customer.

Related to Recovery Factor

  • Inflation Factor means a number determined for each tax year by dividing the consumer price index for June of the tax year by the consumer price index for June 2005.

  • Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund.
