Recreational Fire means cooking fires or campfires using fire- wood which occur in designated areas on public lands, or on private property. Fires used for disposal ((purposes)) are not recreational fires.

Assistive technology device means any item, piece of equipment, or product system that is used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capacities of a child with a disability.
